Repairs and Commonsense Guarantee

All of our work carries our "commonsense guarantee" which means this:

We want you to wear the chainmaille we make, therefore we are going to make sure that it fits you when you buy it, when you take up weight-lifting, or after you lose the last 10 pounds from the baby.

We know that you are not going to wear something that is broken, and even though every piece is made from metal, wear and tear happens.

So, as long as we don't have to rebuild the entire piece, repairs and resizing will be complimentary.

You will, however, be responsible for getting the item to us, and back again.

If you bring us something from another mailler or something that does need to be rebuilt, you will be responsible for the materials and labor to put it back together again.

Shop Labor: $20 an hour

While we will exchange an item, dollar for dollar, for any other item, we do not accept returns.
